GROUP MISSION AND/OR VISION STATEMENT
Choices Pregnancy Care Center opens its arms to women and their families facing crisis pregnancies, providing free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STI testing, early pregnancy health screenings and education (which provides the means to earn "baby bucks" to purchase essential baby supplies). We also offer low-cost STI tests to the community.
