StreetExit of North Georgia

StreetExit is a Coordinated Entry System that enables homeless individuals and families the quickest and most complete access to resources.

We work with community partners to provide a simplified and uniform process with cooperating agencies to help the homeless get off the street and into safe housing.
Our goal is to provide the most vulnerable populations the greatest prioritization of available resources.
