The Gainesville Housing Corporation (GHC) serves as an adjunct to Gainesville Housing and can receive contributions from other organizations and can obtain loans and grants to purchase and rehabilitate properties outside of the scope of Gainesville Housing.
GHC provides qualified low- and moderate-income citizens of Hall County with affordable housing alternatives, education and supportive services through charitable support from individuals, businesses and public and private organizations.
The development of the communities of Walton Summit, Walton Harbor and Harrison Village was made possible through GHC.
