Hall-Dawson Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure abused and neglected children have the right to a safe and permanent home. CASA provides trained screened and supervised volunteers to advocate for the best interest of abused and neglected children requiring court intervention.
